The Founder Behind Admiral
Rear Admiral David M. Buzzetti brings over two decades of command-level naval leadership to Admiral Property Concierge — experience that directly shapes how the company protects, manages, and stewards the properties of its clients.
As commanding officer of Expeditionary Medical Facility Bethesda, he led a full-unit mobilization during the ARNORTH COVID-19 response. He served as medical planner and liaison officer to Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command during Operations Noble Eagle and Enduring Freedom in Manama, Bahrain — environments where precision, accountability, and zero-tolerance for failure are not aspirations, but requirements.
His flag-level assignments have spanned the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, the Joint Staff Surgeon's Office, and the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery — all roles requiring the management of complex assets, large-scale logistics, and the uncompromising protection of critical resources. The Craftsman Behind Every Standard
John Buzzetti brings more than four decades of hands-on construction and trades expertise to Admiral Property Concierge — the operational backbone behind every inspection, repair, and vendor engagement the company undertakes.
A general construction contractor with over 40 years in the field, John's experience spans the full spectrum of residential construction: new builds, complete remodels, plumbing, drywall, and electrical work including high-voltage service. There is virtually no system in a home he has not personally built, repaired, or improved — a depth of practical knowledge that means problems are diagnosed correctly the first time, and no vendor's work goes unverified.
John began his career with The Home Depot, where he rose to Department Head before founding BHI, LLC, a general contracting firm that became the preferred vendor for both Lowe's and The Home Depot in Columbia, South Carolina and the surrounding region — a distinction earned through consistent quality, reliability, and integrity across thousands of completed projects.
As Vice President of Service Operations, John oversees the execution standard behind Admiral's promise: every task done right, every property treated as if it were his own.

You know which of your clients just closed on a waterfront property they'll leave for months at a time. Mention Admiral, submit a two-minute form, and if they're still a client after their second month, you receive a referral fee equal to one full month of what they actually pay — plus annual volume bonuses for active referrers.
Who we're looking for: real estate professionals serving luxury and waterfront markets who want a simple, generous way to earn from relationships they already have. No quotas, no exclusivity requirements — you're active immediately.
For senior brokers and team leads who can build a referral network in their market. Master Agents recruit and support Admiral Referral Agents, serve as our trusted local presence, and earn an activation fee for every producing agent they bring on, plus an annual network production bonus — in addition to standard referral fees on their own client referrals.
